Entry-Level Field Service Engineer

As a participant in the Engineer Training Program (ETP) of Trisonics, Inc, you will be required to utilize electronics background and interpersonal skills to train on servicing medical ultrasound systems with your Customer Engineer mentor. You will learn to perform periodic maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair multiple manufacturers systems.

The ETP duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist mentor with daily duties
  • PM’s
  • Service calls
  • Parts delivery, parts return, and parts pick up
  • All other requests pertaining to Trisonics' business
• Familiarize self with all manufacturers and models
  • Utilizing manuals
  • Utlilizing online resources
  • Trisonics’ website
  • Trisonics’ server
  • Other online sites
• Achieve proficiency maintaining and servicing systems
  • Through troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Through hands on experience
  • Through mentor
• Maintain Trisonics standard of customer service
  • Utilize your interpersonal skills
  • Exceed customer expectations
