SERVICE SPECIALIST

Location: Harrisburg

Job Description:

As a Service Specialist with Trisonics you will be required to utilize your business experience, organizational skills and interpersonal skills to assist with the execution of National Service calls through our dispatch system.

Territory Manager Job Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering Phone Calls/Email inquiries regarding National Service and Dispatching appropriate parties
  • Managing a Preventative Maintenance Schedule for National Service Contracts
  • Assist managing Independent Field Service Engineers
  • Assist in querying inventory and or sourcing parts from approved suppliers 
  • Creating Customer Quotes through online system
  • Data Entry Service Contract Information into online system
  • Be flexible and willing to accept new and changing duties
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Ability to negotiate pricing with suppliers
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Education/Experience:

TERRITORY MANAGER

Location: Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, or Florida

Job Description:

As a Territory Manager for Trisonics, you will be required to utilize your ultrasound/electronics background and interpersonal skills to service medical ultrasound systems and develop a customer base for your area.  You will sell systems and service, perform periodic maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair multiple manufacturers systems.

Territory Manager Job Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct daily duties

  • Timely Response to Emergency Service Requests
  • Sales of Contracts, Systems, T&M, Parts and Transducers

CLIENT SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Indianapolis, IN; Tampa, FL; Harrisburg, PA; Cleveland, OH; Tulsa, OK

Purpose:
  • Most of your time and energy will be spent on a transactional book of business hunting (for new clients) and farming (growing existing clients) for ultrasound probes sales & repair, and parts. You will also be exposed systems and service sales.
  • You’ll also refer prospects for ultrasound systems and service to internal subject matter experts as you grow your knowledge and experience in these more complex areas
What You’ll Do:
  • Make lots of cold calls – 60-75 calls/day for the first year. You’ll also reach prospects via email and other creative methods
  • Manage all activity (leads, contacts, opportunities, notes) in Salesforce
  • Get past gatekeepers, find decision makers, build trust, answer questions, and use your endless humor, charm, and knowledge to get the sale
  • Provide detailed quotes to prospects and clients
  • Answer technical questions and provide equipment consultations to your prospects and clients​
